Meet Natalie

Hi, I’m Natalie, your food freedom expert specializing in helping women create a positive relationship with food, feel at home in their body, and feel at peace with their health. My personal experience of being stuck in a dieting cycle & body dysmorphia led me to pursue an M.S. in Integrative Nutrition. Today I’ve combined my love of food and healthy living to help clients live and eat in a way that enhances their lifestyle. I’m so glad you’re here!
