Meet Natalie

Hi, I’m Natalie, a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and your food freedom expert specializing in helping women overcome emotional eating, create positive relationships with food, feel at home in their body, and feel at peace with their health. My personal experience of being stuck in a dieting cycle & body dysmorphia led me to pursue an M.S. in Integrative Nutrition. For the last 5 years, I’ve combined my love of food and healthy living to help clients live and eat in a way that enhances their lifestyle. I’m so glad you’re here!
